Chinese Language Class One 
age: 5-6 yr. 

Tuesday/Thursday  3:15 - 5:15 pm

3:30 - 4:30 pm Language class
4:45 - 5:15 pm Wu Shu Cao
(for Y2002 Chinese New Year 
 Talent Show performance)

Children will learn pin yin, simple Chinese characters, children's songs, poems, nursery rhymes etc. The textbook we use is <Zhong Wen> vol. 1 which is especially designed for children living in North America.

Chinese language Class Two
age: 6 - 8 yr. old

Monday 2:15 - 3:45 pm 
Wednesday 3:30 - 5:15 pm

This group of children will carry on,
study and learn  vol. 4 , <zhong wen>  - Chinese language textbook designed for children living in North America. They will also learn pin yin, children's songs, poems, rhymes etc.

Chinese Language Class Three
age: 9 - 11 yr. old

Monday 3:50 - 5:20 pm 
Friday   3:45 - 5:15 pm

textbook: <zhong wen> vol. 5 - 6

This group of children have built up a good foundation of the Chinese Language and will carry on studying further. They will learn poems, Chinese proverbs and idioms etc. 

Vacant: 2 - 3 (A few children left class due to parent's job transfer and moving of the home)

*Tuition Fees: $7/Session/student

*For children who needs to be collected from Shorewood school, an extra $2/week will be added on the payment

*The program will not be running under after school child care program so that we will not accept CCTAP check and will not issue the receipt for tax popurse. Please make check payable to: MEHCS

Class One: 4 - 5 yrs old children from Chinese speak families, focus on language development, children rhymes, songs, games, stories, pinyin and learn the characters from the pictures

Class Two: children from chinese speak families. Text book: <zhong wen> no. 2
 
SCC and RSCC children are exploring 
Chinese language, Chinese culture and enjoy their Singing and Dancing class with their beloved dancing teacher Joy Chen.
Joy is planing to teach a traditional Chinese New Year's dance "Dance with red Ribbens" - "Hong Chou Wu"
for Y2002 Chinese New Year's talent show. It will be teriffic!
